Arrival at Tokyo airport (Narita: NRT or Haneda: HND).
- Our airport assistant will greet you in English as you clear customs.
- Unaccompanied transfer from the airport to Tokyo:
This transfer is by shared shuttle, with other customers departing for the same hotel or a hotel close to yours. These transfers depart between 1.5 and 3 hours after your flight's scheduled arrival time.
- Check-in at your hotel, rooms are available from 3pm.
- You will be met by your guide at 7pm in the hotel lobby.
An introduction to the tour will take place during a welcome dinner provided by Japan Experience, scheduled for 7pm on the day of your arrival.

If your flight time does not allow you to join the group at time, a boxed meal will be provided for you at the hotel upon arrival.
