What are the advantages of holiday rental compared to a hotel?

The benefits are numerous, but the main benefits are as follows: For a comparable level of comfort and size, holiday rentals are significantly cheaper than a hotel, especially when travelling as a group. Hiring a house lets you live like the Japanese, in contact with the local people, and have experiences that you will never get staying in a hotel. Hiring a house lets you to live at your own pace, you cook according to your taste, and are left in peace.

Can we prepare meals easily in the house?

The houses are equipped with kitchen utensils. However, you may think a holiday is also a holiday for the cook! You can go to the supermarkets near the houses which are full of delicious prepared dishes.

What does the price displayed include?

The free availability of your house and its equipment. The price of each house is given for the minimum occupation. For insurance reasons, we urge you to not to exceed the maximum number of occupants registered on our information sheet. The costs of laundry are not included in the price and will be requested by your Travel Angel upon arrival.

What are the cancellation terms?

The cancellation fees are as follows: - 2-4 months before the stay: 25% of the booking amount will be charged - 1-2 months before the stay: 50% of the booking amount will be charged - Less than a month before arrival: 100% of the amount of the reservation will be charged We propose a cancellation insurance for 3% of your booking amount.
